I am hoping that the abuses of rights, which Adam has been subjected to for so long, through the improper restrictions that the Probate Court has enacted, will be resolved on the next court date, July 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. The restrictive contact and no contact orders which the court has had in place against Adam's co-guardians, for over two years, place them in the absurd and untenable position of either abiding by the orders, not seeing Adam, and violating their oaths of office as Adam's guardians; or of seeing of Adam sufficiently to asses and address Adam's needs and perform their duties as his guardians, and violating the no contact/limited contact orders. The orders, which interfere with the rights of the ward and of his co-guardians, are clearly illegal restrictions of rights of all the parties, a punisment which the court has imposed, lacking even any charge of wrongdoing, or any finding of wrongdoing. Hopefully, this evidence of so many wrongful actions by the court, and by the GAL, will will soon come to an end, and no others will be subjected to similar abuses.
